The combined group designs and manufactures a wide array of products including shelter, shade, storage and seating under a portfolio of leading brands that includes ShelterLogic, Arrow (sheds), Sojag (gazebos), QuikShade (pop-up canopies), RIO Brands (beach chairs, umbrellas and outdoor furniture), as well as licensed brands Tommy Bahama and Margaritaville.

ShelterLogic Group’s products are sold through a diverse set of retailers including major home centers, mass merchants, specialty, farm and agriculture stores, warehouse clubs and online retailers. The company primarily distributes in North America and Europe.
